A halal residential resort for like-minded families in Morocco.
Vista Valley is a gated apartment complex in the green Ain Zarka valley. Five minutes from the waterfalls, fifteen minutes from Martil beach. Built by a Dutch contractor, for families looking for peace and an Islamic living environment.
Not pictures of a plan that might happen one day. Construction is well under way, and completion is planned for May 2027.

Artist's impression
Halal living, without having to ask for it.
At most resorts, you're the one who adapts. Vista Valley was designed from the very first drawing for families looking for an Islamic living environment.
Separate swimming pools
Separate outdoor pools for men and for women.
Indoor pool with sauna, for women only
Covered, on the lower level, usable all year round.
No music at the pools
Peace and quiet for everyone, even on the busiest summer day.
Childcare and play area
On site, so parents get a holiday too.
A mosque in the neighbourhood
The Vista Verde district, where the complex is located, has its own mosque.
Neighbours who share the same values.
At Vista Valley, you know who your neighbours will be long before you get the keys.
The buyers are families from across Europe, mostly from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. They're looking for what you're looking for: a calm, Islamic living environment. And your children play with children who, just like them, are growing up between two cultures.
Supermarket and restaurant on site
Run by two entrepreneurs who will live in the complex themselves. Pick up bread or eat together without getting in the car.
An open day every year
For buyers and anyone interested: a tour of the site, a construction update and a chance to meet your future neighbours.
Holiday home or a fresh start
Most buyers come during the holidays. Some move there for good. The complex is designed for both.

Build, sell and stay.
Bilal is a contractor in the Netherlands with almost twenty years of experience in construction. With Vista Valley, he brings that way of working to Tetouan.
Many developers build, sell and disappear. Bilal does it differently: after completion, he manages the complex himself. A permanent manager will live on site and be your point of contact, even when you're abroad.

The next project: villas between Tetouan and Tangier.
Vista Valley is almost sold out. Bilal is working on a new project with villas in the Tetouan and Tangier region. Sign up and you'll be the first to hear: the location, the design and the prices, before we announce it widely.
About 90% has been sold. A few apartments are still available, across different types and floors. Call or email for the current list.
When will the apartments be completed?
Completion is planned for May 2027. Buyers receive updates on the construction along the way, and you can come and see for yourself at the annual open day.
How does buying from abroad work?
The purchase goes through a notary in Morocco, and your apartment is registered in the Moroccan land registry (titre foncier). You don't have to travel to Morocco for every step: a power of attorney through the Moroccan consulate in your country is often possible. We explain every step clearly.
Who manages the complex when I'm not there?
The developer himself. After completion, a permanent manager will live on site and be the point of contact for all residents, even when you're abroad.
Can I live there all year round?
Yes. Some buyers are moving there for good. With childcare, a supermarket and a restaurant on site, and Tetouan fifteen minutes away, the complex is designed for that too.
Can I come and see it?
Every year there's an open day with a tour and construction update, for buyers and anyone interested. If you're in Morocco at another time, call to make an appointment.
